Meet the people who took the first step,
and feel what resonates within you

The program has changed my life

Besides giving birth to my kids, this is the most life-changing thing I have ever experienced.

My habits are changing on their own, the stress symptoms are gone, I've changed deep patterns from childhood, my relationship and communication with my husband has changed - like nothing else could. And I've tried everything: from yoga and meditation retreats to Tony Robbins seminars.

On every level, it’s a tool that makes it much easier to be with whatever is - to handle the actual circumstances you're facing.

For the longest time, I'd given up on losing those stubborn post-pregnancy kg. But, when I asked Aske's advice, he gave me a new perspective: "Just view it as NSP Training - instead of physical exercise, view it as NSP." Now I've been running for three months, 15-20 km every week - and the progress is naturally becoming more and more and more.

In general, I find that it is easier to be with all kinds of discomfort, resistance, laziness, impulses.

All that triggers me. It is easier to be with it, and it also means I can simply do other things. If I am not motivated, I do NSP, and then I get started.

"I have let go of always having to do so much for others and being a people pleaser just to feel worthy."

Camilla:
NSP has been the single greatest change in my life. The calm it has provided me with is amazing. I dare things now I never dared before, because I create by own base of safety.

Kirsten:

This is by far the most life-changing I have experienced, only topped by the births of my 2 children.

Lise Lotte:

It is now anchored within me that I am enough just as I am. I continue the practice of being a lighthouse and an inspiration for others, rather than trying to fix things for them. I give my highest recommendation to Aske.

Merete:

After the NSP training program, I have essentially moved from a state of generalised anxiety to one of generalised peace.

Winnie:

NSP Training is something I practise whenever and wherever. I don't need help from the outside, I just need me, myself and I. Practise has become an automatic habit, and I feel it working. It is very empowering for me actually. I am in control rather than things happening to me.

Mai-Britt:

I would go as far as to say that NSP Training has changed my entire life - or rather, it has changed the way I exist in the world. I will bring NSP with me for the rest of my life.

"When I learned about NSP, I saw a method that can be applied to absolutely anything. I think it’s brilliant to work with the root cause of everything, rather than just treating the symptoms."

Camilla waters other people as a leader

One of the most valuable insights has been gaining a clear model of what truly matters. I’ve learned to distinguish when to push and when to let go. Which conflicts are mine to own, and which are not?

I have become much better at releasing tasks and leaving them behind without feeling burderend. I also experience far less irritation toward the differences of others. When conflicts arise, I simply ask myself: Is this truly important? If so, I take action - if not, I let it go.

My work with NSP-Training has given me a deeper understanding of people, especially children. I’ve learned about:

  • Setting boundaries.

  • Exerting a positive influence.

  • Planting seeds and watering them so they can grow.

As a leader of diverse personalities, I’ve realised that change often comes in many small steps - like moving sand little at a time. I can’t always expect massive shifts, but I can moving sand. This brings a new sense of calm and clarity regarding what I can control.

Even though food and weight loss weren't our focus, I've experienced significant changes:

  • Binge eating has become much rarer.

  • I don't spend half my waking hours thinking about food.

  • I'm working on not using my body as a bin.

One of the most profound shifts I have undergone is the complete transformation in how I perceive myself, both as a leader and person. I have become much less critical of my own abilities and I now truly feel that "I can" succeed. It has deeply influenced me to connect with my core and work directly with how I actually function as a human being.

This has resulted in:

  • Greater joy in going to work.

  • More energy in my everyday life.

  • Better composure when facing challenges.

Being a mom and business owner

I've been working with Aske and NSP Training for over six months, and it has changed my view on both weight loss and myself.

It started with the realization that my relationship with my weight wasn't about food.

It was tied to perfectionism, performance, pressure, the relationship with my children - and navigating daily life as a mother and entrepreneur with high expectations for myself across the board.

Previously, I tried to "solve" weight loss with diets and training programs. In NSP Training, I began working with the root causes instead.

Today, I feel the change directly in my life:

  • Significantly fewer conflicts with my children (and between them).

  • Vacations that are calm, relaxed, and present - something I’ve never experienced before.

  • Calm communication - understanding that I don’t always need to be available, and teaching my children and husband to be okay with me not "fixing" things (as I used to). They'll find their own way and learn from it, which helps everyone.

  • More energy and less overwhelmed in everyday life.

  • A sense of standing stronger as a parent - where my children follow along because I am calmer and clearer. I have become a shining lighthouse for my children and loved ones, and I stand strong in myself.

NSP Training isn’t just a program I’ve "gone through." It has become a permanent part of my life - because it works in every aspect of it.

I see a clear connection between the training I do and the way my children react. When I am more at peace, they are too. Week by week, I experience a new inner state.

I have far fewer conflicts with my children, more peace in daily life - and I feel that when I am calm, they follow suit.

The opportunity to constantly evolve alongside life's challenges has given me a new outlook on life. I understand my inner state, can work with it, and bring that into my work.

The conversations with Aske constantly move me forward in the right direction regardless of what I bring to the table - without pressure, but with clarity.

Does this reflect you?

NSP Training is for those who function - often very well - but pay a price for it. In the body, energy levels and mental clarity.

Mette is learning neutral boundaries

During my training program with Aske, I quickly learned that it was about much more than just food - which was my original reason for starting. Understanding why I eat, and what lies beneath it, has been a major eye-opener.

Since I was a child, I’ve been made to feel "wrong" because of my weight - even though it was normal. I grew up with violence and abuse. I've learned to interact with my narcissistic father in a more bounded and healthy way. His behavior doesn’t affect me nearly as much as it did before. I now understand that it has nothing to do with me when he gets angry or oversteps. Overall, I’ve learned to stay regulated and have more energy within a family that can be loud, demanding, and boundary-crossing.

I have chronic migraines, which I used food to soothe. My migraines haven't disappeared, but I have far fewer attacks because I don't get stressed or affected by external factors as easily as before the training program.

I’ve become much better at setting boundaries and feeling good about it at work, which is demanding and can be taxing on my energy levels.

The same goes for friends, where I’ve become aware of patterns of putting up with things I shouldn't have, and staying in social or personal situations I should have left.

Generally, I’ve become much better at regulating my emotions so I don’t get overwhelmed or exhausted to such a high degree.

The training program is teaching me to trust myself. To walk my own path - and walk away when necessary.

To say no and set boundaries in a proper, clear way where no one feels attacked. I simply feel that I’ve gained higher self-esteem and self-love. Finding the way and working with what lies underneath has been a game-changer.

Aske is incredibly pleasant, safe, and perhaps one of the most competent people I have ever met.

And I have met many advisors, coaches, psychologists, etc. He offers a massive toolbox and manages to adapt it into a completely individual process based exactly on what you need to work on.
