We actively train capacity right now and for the future.

My professional background is multifaceted - from molecular biologist and martial artist to personal trainer, habit coach, and body therapist. The common denominator is a deep curiosity about human nature and the most fundamental building block of them all: the nervous system.

 

Lasting change is implemented through training of the nervous system, which is exactly why I developed NSP Training: a conscious, systematic reprogramming of the patterns that govern us, whether privately at the dinner table or professionally in the boardroom.

Your life story has brought you to this moment, and NSP Training provides you with the necessary tools and structure to define your direction forward.

 

The goal is for safety and clarity not to be states you struggle to find, but skills your body automatically activates - especially when the pressure increases.

 

You don't need to change. The coaching sessions take place in an informal, online space, where we put away the facade and meet where you are. Here we translate knowledge into practical strength, so you can act with confidence - in any situation.

NSP Training's roots and direction

It started in a high pressure training with four opponents My focus was not on their strokes, but on my breathing. The rest happened by itself. The movements. The decisions.

 

I was in the midst of enormous pressure - and remained  calm. In the centre of what I today call Eye of the Storm.

 

I thought I was practising martial arts, but in reality I was training a safe nervous system.

 

That experience made me realise that personal development is the installation of new signals, and that these signals can be trained, like muscles to get stronger under stress.

 

In fact, the nervous system only responds to training - whether it is conscious or unconscious.

 

This is why the principles of combat and strength training work better for personal growth than intellectual understanding.


And feelings and thoughts are not special. They are also just signals in the nervous system that we can train.

So, I developed a system based on high frequency and low volume training to create long-term change through many small steps, ensuring you always have room for recovery. This allows you to gain strength and confidence from consistent evidence of your growing capacity.

 

When we train the system to create safety from within, life’s boxing ring becomes a place where we can truly evolve. The world shifts from a threat to a playground.

 

You don't need any more healing or intellectualisation, but a nervous system that creates safety from within and has the capacity for the life you live.

Safety is the foundation for change

We meet online and practise life

When logistics and other external disruptions fade away, space is created for something more essential - which is why online sessions often create better conditions for long-term change.

 

The online space is less formal and more direct - and when we show up as we are, the work becomes more precise.

 

You can be at home. Drink your own coffee. Have children nearby. Participate from a walk, the office, a bed or a completely ordinary everyday life. Not in spite of life - but in the midst of it.

 

Under prolonged pressure or the experience of constantly having to “pull yourself together,” the system is in survival mode, which maintains old strategies and limits development.

 

A safe nervous system, on the other hand, provides access to the functions in the brain that support reflection, creativity and development, so we can spend our time on what matters.

 

By making training as easy as possible, you quickly gather evidence of reprogramming triggers and an increased inner capacity of everyday life.

Does this reflect you?

NSP Training is for those who function - often very well - but pay a price for it. In the body, energy levels and mental clarity.

 

  • You take on responsibilities, keep the everyday running and make things happen. But when the day is over, there is rarely any energy left for yourself.
     

  • You set high standards and have a hard time letting go. It is not about laziness, but about a constant internal pressure.
     

  • You know what would be more beneficial for you - in terms of food, screen time, alcohol or breaks - but find that your actions don't always follow your knowledge.

  • Thoughts race. Emotions overflow. Overthinking, sensitivity, and inner turmoil can feel like a system that never really shuts off.
     

  • Stress or sick leave may have already been a part of your life. You have tried to understand and regulate it, but with time the patterns return.
     

What they all have in common is that it is not about willpower or character. It is about how your nervous system has learned to react under pressure.

You are not wrong - your nervous system has adapted.
And the nervous system can be reprogrammed.
